All guided tours in New Orleans must be booked in advance through our website or an approved booking method. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of reservation. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour may qualify for a full or partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date may be non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule option or a full refund.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the guide, other participants, and public spaces throughout French Quarter and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
By participating in our guided tours, including riding tours, cemetery visits, plantation tours, and culinary stops, you acknowledge that travel involves certain inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
All website content, including text, tour descriptions, branding, historical commentary, and published books, is the intellectual property of John LaFleur unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
All book sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination. Refunds or replacements for damaged items must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
